Curry Recipe Measure Kits
Proper, authentic international cuisine meals cooked with ease at home. Each kit comes with a measure, recipe book and storage tin. The recipes are written by experts and will have you cooking curries and Moroccan food with panache! Available in Thali Curry (orange or green tin design), Hot Curry or Moroccan. See the description below for more details.
With all recipes, simply choose a recipe inside the measure. Fill the ingredients to the required level. Shake lightly to level out. Add to the pan.
Thali measure (orange/green)
Cooks chapatti, biryani, aloo gobi, pakora, butter chicken, jalfrezi, dahl, murgh meti, raita, rice. Thali means a selection of tastes in one meal; once you have mastered the tadka base you have opened the door to a world of easy to make traditional Indian curries.
Hot Curry measure (red)
Cooks curries of increasing heat, goan fish curry, keema, Jalfezi, Rogan Josh, Madras, Vindaloo, Phaal. Thali means a selection of tastes in one meal. Using the essential base of onion, garlic, ginger and chilli you can create a range of intensly flavoured curries. The use of whole spices infuses the curries to develop powerful flavours. Accompany these with a naan bread that is perfect to accompany the sauce. Work your way round the measure for curries of increasing heat.

With its use of preserved lemons, dates and spices Moroccan food is exotic and fresh tasting, Chermoula is the staple Moroccan marinade, used for meat, fish or poultry, In this measure we have included some classic dishes using Chermoula.
