We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. Credit Card orders are processed securely by Sagepay, Heima does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. Paypal is an alternative payment method and does not require you to sign up or share your card details. We can still accept postal orders accompanied by a cheque. Cheques will not be cashed until your goods are ready to be dispatched. If you would like to speak to a member of staff, we can accept orders over the phone. Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.

We welcome international orders but at present our website is not set up to take them. If you would like a specific quote, if you would like to query a delivery charge, or if you have a special request, please email email@example.com. Please include a telephone number on International orders, as local couriers will need to contact you. Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Heima but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition. Please contact us for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
